We are seeking an experienced Equity Analyst to drive financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive equity research utilizing company data, industry trends, and valuation methods.
  • Create initiation reports, earnings updates, sector briefs, and investment recommendations based on thorough analysis.
  • Analyze and monitor fund performance, including NAV movements, portfolio composition, and manager strategy.
  • Evaluate new funds or investment proposals, ensuring accurate and reliable information.
  • Prepare presentations, research dashboards, and detailed write-ups to effectively communicate complex financial data.
  • Deliver market insights and fund performance summaries to stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualification
  • CFA, CA, MBA in Finance, or NISM certification for research professionals.
  • 3–8 years of equity research experience, with a preference for those with exposure to PMS, AIFs, or mutual funds.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, and use of databases such as Probe42, MCA, NSE/BSE/SEBI website.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, with excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.

Bonus qualifications include prior experience crafting NFO notes, fund reconcilers, or PMS/AIF fact sheets, willingness to attend management meetings or industry conferences, and awareness of SEBI/RBI regulatory frameworks affecting PMS, AIF, and mutual fund products.
