As a key player in our team, you will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional support to external suppliers, ensuring their effectiveness in delivering clinical trials for our study teams. This vital role involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical issues quickly, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with business leads and external partners to meet their needs
  • Oversee the resolution of critical issues affecting delivery for key external partners
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to collect requirements and user stories
  • Analyze technical and process problems, developing solutions with multi-functional owners
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes
  • Maintain detailed system and user documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

">

Our ideal candidate has a degree and 0-3 years of experience in Life Science/Biotechnology/Information Systems or equivalent qualifications.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, customer-focused, with experience working with internal stakeholders and external service providers
  • Experience working with systems used to execute clinical trials, such as Rave, CTMS, Veeva
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Experience working with Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) or other specialist suppliers supporting clinical trials
  • Agile software development methodologies (Scrum)
  • Network security protocols and tools
  • O365 Cloud PC VDI
