Key Performance Indicators for Application Support Engineers

As a key performance indicator, responsive application support is crucial for the success of our eTrading platforms. The ability to provide timely and effective support enables us to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of our digital platforms.

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer who can play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency and scalability. This includes enhancing monitoring systems, automating processes, and maintaining system stability, security, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in log monitoring tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Docker, and Kubernetes. Expertise in Python and version control systems, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, are also essential.

In this fast-paced environment, the successful candidate must be able to thrive while providing high-quality support to internal and external clients. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal platform performance.

Responsibilities:
