The role requires guiding and assisting students through the process, ensuring they receive accurate information, smooth documentation, and complete assistance from inquiry to visa approval.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Guidance:

    • Handle initial counseling for UK study inquiries (eligibility, intakes, courses, universities, tuition fees, scholarships).

    • Explain visa requirements, application timelines, and document checklists.

    • Assist students with financial options, fee payment, and scholarship guidance.

    • Convert inquiries into registered students.

  • Application Processing:

    • Collect and verify documents from students.

    • Submit files for document assessment via partner systems.

    • Follow up on applications for delays.

    • Support students with tuition fee payments, loan documentation, and foreign exchange advice.

    • Prepare CAS documents as required.

  • Visa Support:

    • Prepare students for mock interviews and provide Q&A practice.

    • Fill and verify UK visa forms accurately.

    • Assist with arranging finances, education loans, and supporting documents.

    • Submit final visa applications via partner systems.

  • Post-Approval Support:

    • Guide students through pre-departure activities (accommodation, ticketing guidance).

    • Maintain regular communication until student departure.

  • Reporting and Monitoring:

    • Keep accurate records of every inquiry and application stage.

    • Prepare weekly pipeline reports: inquiries → registered → offers → CAS → visa approvals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi/Gujarati).

  • Knowledge of the UK education system.

  • Organized approach to documentation and timelines.

  • Ability to explain financial requirements clearly.
