Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of business process transformations across various units.

This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of technology solutions that ensure seamless integration with other enterprise systems and drive operational efficiency.

You will work closely with teams to understand their business processes, while collaborating with peer technical teams to ensure process designs meet established principles and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of business process transformation technologies.
  • Administration: Administering user management, permissions, project setup, and configuration.
  • Customization and configuration: Experience in customizing and configuring technologies to meet specific project requirements, including creating custom fields, forms, and workflows.
  • Expertise: Familiarity with technologies and their capabilities, including task tracking, collaboration, and reporting functionalities.
  • Cross-functional team collaboration: Working with PMO, Marketing, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Design and maintain custom workflows, templates, reports, dashboards, and automations within technologies.
  • Integrate technologies with other enterprise tools using APIs or fusion.
  • Provide thought leadership in business process automation.
  • Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development, with at least 3 years in technology implementation and administration.
  • Strong understanding of technology architecture, fusion integrations, and API usage.
  • Experience in designing complex workflows, custom forms, and reporting solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze problems and find effective solutions, particularly under pressure.
Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Technology Fusion certification or Core Developer certification.
  • Experience with Adobe ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python) for custom integrations.
  • Exposure to enterprise environments in global organizations.
  • Experience working with teams across time zones and cultures.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards.
  • Experience with eCommerce domain and AEM or similar CMS.
  • Familiarity with design patterns, developer tools, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
  • Experience with testing libraries (like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress) to ensure code quality.
