Artificial Intelligence Engineer

About this Role:

We prioritize agility, experimentation, and scalability in our AI applications. You will join an innovative team to conceptualize and launch multiple AI projects. The goal is clear: develop MVPs, test them at scale, and if we find product-market fit, transition to production-grade systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end AI solutions from inception to working MVP.
  • Experiment with various approaches, frameworks, and models.
  • Deliver fast iterations and gather feedback from real users.
  • Iterate quickly and scale successful implementations to production level.
  • Collaborate directly with the founder on product strategy and technical direction.

What We Look For:

  • Strong coding skills and hands-on experience with leading AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.
  • Experience in building and deploying applications, not just models.
  • Curiosity to explore new ideas, troubleshoot, and learn rapidly.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-speed execution, and adjusting directions based on data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work independently and own projects from start to finish.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience in AI-driven products, side projects, or startups.
  • Knowledge of full stack development for rapid prototyping.
  • Understanding of go-to-market strategies and how technology connects to business outcomes.
