Job Title

Technical Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and requests, addressing their needs, and ensuring they receive services that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and address their needs in a timely manner.
  • Manage accounts to ensure they receive services that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with team members to discuss progress and improve business strategies.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal, and communicate effectively with the sales team.
  • Manage organizational deliverables using industry-standard methods and tools.

Requirements:

  • At least 12 years of total experience in a related field.
  • Proven specialization and expertise in Data & AI, including designing and architecting Data marts, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake.
  • Strong understanding of current trends in AI & ML and ability to lead discussions on AI & ML use cases, business benefits, and implementation of advanced analytics.
  • Good knowledge of AI platforms provisioned by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex, or Amazon.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Technology and Cloud Data Warehouse/Data lake platform.
  • Strong expertise in Data Governance practices, including leading solutions for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog, and Metadata management strategy.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
