We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Profit Center Supervisor to join our team at Hyatt Regency Dehradun. As an integral part of our management team, you will be responsible for the efficient running of our department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

About the Role

The Store Profit Center Supervisor will be responsible to manage the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre, in line with the outlet's operating concept and Hyatt International standards. Your primary focus will be on ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, which will help us achieve the financial success of the outlet.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage the daily operations of the outlet, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the outlet.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
  • A minimum of 2 years' work experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
