About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned frontend engineer to join our high-performing web team. This individual will play a pivotal role in crafting and optimizing scalable, user-centric web applications that reach millions of users daily.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage expertise in modern web frameworks and tools to deliver seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop highly responsive and interactive web applications
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver excellent user experiences
  • Own end-to-end delivery – from technical design to deployment and monitoring
  • Optimize for speed, scalability, SEO, and accessibility
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using modern web frameworks and tools
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and bugs and resolve them
  • Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in frontend development with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and modern web ecosystems
  • Experience with state management tools like Redux, Zustand, or Recoil
  • Solid understanding of web performance, browser rendering, and SEO best practices
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a good grasp of data structures and algorithms
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and frontend build tools like Webpack, Vite, etc.
  • Experience in writing unit and integration tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
  • A good sense of UX/UI and a keen eye for detail

  • Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js)
  • Exposure to internationalization, A/B testing, and analytics integration
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
