  • Job Title: Web Developer with SEM/SEO/SMM Knowledge and Inbound Leads Generation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain our company's website, ensuring its functionality, user experience, and overall performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to implement website updates, enhancements, and new features.
  • Implement SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and effective SEM campaigns.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including meta tags, URL structure, internal linking, and backlink building, to drive organic traffic and improve search engine visibility.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to website traffic, conversions, and user engagement.
  • Utilize SMM strategies to create and promote engaging content on social media platforms to drive website traffic and brand awareness.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates related to web development, SEM, SEO, and SMM.
  • Identify and implement strategies to generate inbound leads through the website, including lead capture forms, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute SEM campaigns, including paid search and display advertising, to increase website visibility and drive targeted traffic.
  • Ensure website security, performance optimization, and efficient loading speed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web development projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or Drupal.
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO, and SMM principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in using SEO tools, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
  • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest web development and digital marketing trends.
