We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Affairs professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic and tactical support to Product Management, as well as overseeing the design and execution of medical-marketing programs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate degree in Pharmacology or other medical specialty, and at least 6 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs, with a minimum of 3 years in Oncology Therapy Area. They will be responsible for:

  • Providing tactical and strategic inputs to Product Management towards ethical promotion of assigned products;
  • Developing, reviewing, and approving protocol documents and supporting materials for various clinical projects;
  • Collaborating with Global Medical Affairs and Clinical Development teams;
  • Providing medical information to internal and external customers;
  • Training sales staff on basic sciences and assigned products;
  • Assisting in the registration of new products/indications and defending marketed products to various stakeholders;
  • Developing and sharing expertise in identified medical and/or scientific therapeutic areas;
  • Managing the Medical Affairs staff and fostering a culture of learning and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as analytical skills and sound medical judgment. They will also have knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and guidelines, as well as expertise in clinical trial design and methodology.
