Operations Coordinator for Medical Programs

We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with faculty and staff, and provide support to medical students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative activities, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Coordinate with faculty and staff to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee functions of staff and students, promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
  • Foster open communication within the department and office.
  • Provide support to medical students and staff, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative office environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to conduct and organize projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience.
