Job Title: Test Strategy Lead

    The Test Strategy Lead will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive test strategies, ensuring seamless integration with business stakeholders and project requirements.



Key Responsibilities:
  •     Design and manage end-to-end testing strategies for core banking projects.
  •     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and validate business requirements.
  •     Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, leveraging expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE.
  •     Ensure effective defect management and root cause analysis.
  •     Provide regular progress reports, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
  •     Oversee integration testing with third-party systems, APIs, and microservices.
  •     Support banking operations teams during mock runs and production cutover testing.
  •     Mentor and guide the testing team, fostering capability building and resource utilization.


Requirements:
  •     Graduate/Postgraduate degree with 12+ years of experience in IT Testing, including at least 6–8 years in core banking testing projects.
  •     Proven experience managing large-scale testing programs in Oracle FLEXCUBE.
  •     Hands-on experience in test strategy design, effort estimation, resource planning, and test execution.
  •     Strong knowledge of banking operations and modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and General Ledger.
  •     Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processing.
  •     Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar) for functional and performance testing.
  •     Experience in digital core transformation projects will be an added advantage.
  •     Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills with proven ability to deliver within tight deadlines.
  •     Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
