We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing business needs and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA and EWM modules will enable you to make a significant impact on our operations.

In this position, you will work closely with business partners to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs. You will also be responsible for promoting architectural consistency and usability standards, defining and executing test cases, and working as a liaison between the IT department and assigned business units. Your ability to engage developers and business partners to achieve target outcomes will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work productively with and influence the business area.
  • Participate in future ERP Discover, Build, Test, and Deploy activities.
  • Identify and define business requirements with outcome criteria and metrics.
  • Map business processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues.
  • Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to project team and implementation consultants.
  • Maintain training documentation.
  • Train users on proper usage of the ERP system.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, finance, information systems, or similar field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst preferred.
  • Experience with supporting and enhancing SAP S/4HANA highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with business structure and operations outside of IT.
  • Above-average ability to communicate both in writing and orally.
