Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining healthy relationships with customers, driving sales growth through targeted efforts, and meeting monthly targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to retain and refer existing customers, achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's overall success.
  2. Engage with customers through phone calls and messaging platforms, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  3. Monitor customer feedback and implement timely solutions to address concerns and improve the customer experience.
  4. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective engagement with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A strong educational background, preferably in Computer Science or a related field, although not mandatory.
  • Prior experience in Edtech B2C sales, with a minimum of 6 months' tenure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, allowing the candidate to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Quick learning capabilities, enabling the candidate to rapidly absorb product knowledge and effectively communicate its value to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field is highly desirable but not essential.
