Senior Electronic Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronic Design Engineer to join our engineering team.

  • Manage and lead a team of regional signal integrity engineers in establishing signal integrity design performance and functional requirements for new products.
  • Lead the team to perform signal integrity simulations for multiple high-speed standards (56G, 112G, 224G, and faster) on each product.
  • Create actionable recommendations based upon design reviews and simulation results.
  • Align the technology roadmap with market trends, customer needs, and implement accordingly.
  • Drive a culture of innovation using traditional approaches and external knowledge to develop innovative solutions.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities to interpret simulation and lab data to identify issues and provide solutions.

Able to solve high complexity situations with little to no direction.

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Able to work in a global environment, accommodating varying time zones and collaborating with individuals across geographies.

Possesses expert problem-solving skills and is proactive in identifying complex issues and providing solutions.

Demonstrated experience leading, developing, and managing a team of 5 experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments.

Proficient in presenting technical solutions to customers and upper management.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills to achieve the right outcome for the business.

Proven ability to drive a data analytics mindset across the team, analyzing meaningful data, drawing conclusions, and presenting those conclusions as data intelligence.

Experience implementing best practices to enhance engineering efficiency.
