Job Title: Adobe Target Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to implement and manage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.

About the Role:
  • Implement and manage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target.
  • Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch to deliver optimized user experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to define and execute testing strategies.
  • Build and maintain audience segments and experiences based on business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to Adobe Target and related tools.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Adobe Target (A/B testing, XT, Auto-Target, Recommendations).
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Launch for tag management and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics for tracking and reporting performance of Target activities.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end tag manipulation and implementation.
  • Familiarity with Single Page Applications (SPA) and asynchronous content loading.
  • Experience in debugging tools like Chrome DevTools, Charles Proxy, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
