Sharepoint Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sharepoint Developer to join our team at Breezy Talent. As a Sharepoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom Sharepoint applications, sites, and features that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for Sharepoint solutions.
  • Design and develop custom Sharepoint applications, sites, and features.
  • Implement and maintain Sharepoint workflows to automate business processes.
  • Create and customize Sharepoint web parts and master pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate Sharepoint with other systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Manage user permissions and access control to secure Sharepoint sites and content.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sharepoint issues.
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and performance of the Sharepoint environment.
  • Train end users on Sharepoint functionality and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sharepoint Developer or in a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of Sharepoint architecture, features, and customization options.
  • Proficiency in Sharepoint programming using C#,.NET, and Sharepoint Designer.
  • Experience with Sharepoint migrations, upgrades, and version control.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for frontend development.
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and recommend appropriate Sharepoint solutions.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills related to Sharepoint.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.

Microsoft certifications such as MCSD: App Builder or MCSA: Office 365 are a plus. Experience with Sharepoint Online and Office 365 integration is desirable. Understanding of SQL Server and database management is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality solutions are essential.
