Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Gen AI Developer to join our team in building an innovative AI-powered application for UI interface integration.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, enabling our app to deliver accurate, reliable, and contextual responses using generative AI and curated datasets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop RAG-based workflows for contextual data understanding
  • Integrate Large Language Models with vector databases and retrieval systems
  • Preprocess, clean, and structure documents, research papers, and datasets
  • Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to fine-tune AI models for QA
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concept apps demonstrating Gen AI-powered query resolution
  • Evaluate and test AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and safety
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in Gen AI, NLP, and healthcare AI ethics
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field
  • Solid understanding of Gen AI concepts and LLM architectures (Transformers, Attention)
  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, vector embeddings, and tools like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate
  • Programming knowledge in Python and experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or LlamaIndex
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data preprocessing techniques
  • Awareness of ethical considerations and data sensitivity in medical applications
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
