Regulatory Remediation Business Analyst

This role requires an IT Business Analyst with expertise in regulatory remediation work, Agile environments, and change management.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a good understanding of regulatory reporting processes and directives, such as SFTR, EMIR, and MIFID II.
  • Provide business analyst/change management experience in the financial services sector.
  • Implement control frameworks for transaction reporting.
  • Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working in Agile environments is required.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to adhere to strict timelines.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and JIRA.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in regulatory remediation work.
  • Change management experience in Agile environments with user story writing experience.
  • Desirable: experience in controls and reconciliation, QA, and conformance testing.
  • Knowledge of accounting and basic terminologies used in the financial services sector.
  • Project management and change management principles.
  • MS suite of products including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
