The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and implementing financial systems and processes that meet business requirements.
- Managing financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance and accounting teams.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Providing training and support to internal teams on Zoho Books functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Books or other accounting software.
- A strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience in Zoho Finance Suite (Zoho Expense, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Inventory, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficiency in automation, integrations, and API usage within Zoho Books is a plus.
