Job Title: Strategic Product Marketing Leader for Education Segment.

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior-Level Product Marketing Manager to lead our Education business in India. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Indian education market, with expertise in creativity, design, and documents. As a strategic product marketing leader, you will be responsible for defining and driving the overall Education business strategy for the Indian market, encompassing K-12 and Higher Education segments.

Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the overall Education business strategy for the Indian market
- Partner closely with different education category product management teams to define requirements that will accelerate adoption
- Drive strategic updates and discussions with senior executives
- Develop deep knowledge of the Education business content quality, and supported content type, and be the expert in market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers in the space
- Lead the annual planning process for the business and deliver the 3-year growth strategy and business plan for India
- Define the critical metrics for measuring success across product marketing activities

Requirements:
- Be an experienced senior-level product marketing manager and understand the needs of teachers and students for creativity and productivity in both K-12 and Higher Education settings in India
- Strong marketer who understands how to reach these audiences, drive demand, traffic, and adoption of the software
- Passionate about Gen AI and its impact on education
- Self-starter and proactive leader with 12 years of building highly effective teams
- Strong EQ, influencing skills, and leadership ability, ideally including experience driving consensus in matrixed organizations
- Proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders in a highly matrixed and global organizational environment
- Strong executive presence and excellent communication skills
- Strategic problem solver who can identify and set short and long-term strategic priorities
- A drive to constantly optimize and improve, combined with a relentless focus on customer experience
