Urban Planner

The Urban Planner will conduct research on planning trends, policies, and market conditions to support project development.

• Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, diagrams, technical drawings, and other documents on time;
• Conduct site assessments to gather essential information for planning proposals;
• Liaise with the team to ensure seamless communication and coordination;
• Work flexible hours to align with international teams, including occasional late hours;

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Planning, Architecture, Geography, or similar field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary design environment or related field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of current best practices and sustainable development principles;
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and experience in creating diverse solutions;
• High accuracy and attention to detail are mandatory;

Nice to Have:

• Previous work experience in planning or property development;
• Ability to work with AI software and Autodesk products;
