Job Description
The Strategic Product Lead - UPSC Programs will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and operations of our UPSC programs. This includes ensuring learner satisfaction, market competitiveness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UPSC exam structure and preparation trends, as well as experience in category/product management and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for UPSC courses (Prelims, Mains, Optional Subjects, Interviews)
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and learner needs
- Collaborate closely with academic teams on course updates and enhancements
- Work with marketing teams to design and optimize campaigns for enrollments
- Track performance metrics, including enrollment, revenue, and student satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Education, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the UPSC exam structure and preparation trends
