Senior Power Apps Engineer

As a highly skilled Senior Power Apps Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps within Microsoft 365. This involves designing and developing business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on modernizing workflows and building scalable, automated solutions that improve enterprise business processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SharePoint to drive business value. You will be responsible for participating in end-to-end migrations, architecting complex Power Apps solutions, building workflow automation, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the migration of InfoPath forms to Power Apps, ensuring efficient replacements.
  • Architect and develop complex Power Apps solutions integrated with Dataverse, SQL, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Build and optimize workflow automation using Power Automate to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver results.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and best practices for the Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Power Apps, Power Automate, and integrations.
  • Document technical solutions, migration strategies, workflows, and governance policies for maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Proven track record of migrating InfoPath forms to Power Apps.
  • Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and workflow automation.
  • Strong knowledge of Dataverse and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services.
  • Experience developing custom connectors and working with REST APIs or Microsoft Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and debugging.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Expertise in SharePoint Online/On-Premise development and customization.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Experience with SPFx, React/TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI dashboards for analytics and visualization.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Azure services, and JIRA.
  • Exposure to ServiceNow or similar workflow/project tools.
