Job Overview

We seek a Digital Enterprise Design Specialist to drive end-to-end design for enterprise web applications, from research to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, scalable, and accessible design solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive design processes for enterprise web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user needs with business objectives, driving growth and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency, accessibility, and efficiency throughout the organization.
  • Translate complex workflows into intuitive dashboards, forms, and reusable components that meet the highest standards of usability.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach.
  • Ensure design accessibility standards are met, supporting inclusive user experiences that cater to diverse needs.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably with enterprise B2B or SaaS platforms, delivering successful digital products.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating workflow-heavy enterprise web app design, showcasing expertise in creating engaging user interfaces.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools, with a focus on efficient design workflows.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices, ensuring digital products are accessible to all users.
  • A basic understanding of front-end development constraints and design handoff best practices, facilitating seamless collaboration between design and development teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, adapting to changing project requirements.
