  • Qualifications\
    • \
    • 8 years of experience in Tech Lead/Scrum Master roles.\
    • 5 years of experience in Agile project management.\
    • Holds 2 of the following current certifications: oPMI-ACP, oCSM, oPSM, oICAgile Certified Coach, oCertified Scrum Professional, oSAFe Agilist.\
    • Ideal Candidate\

      • Demonstrated expertise in agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.\
      • Strong leadership and communication skills.\
