Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide production support for our FCRM AML applications. Key responsibilities include handling incidents, service requests, and problem management within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Maintain the stability of FCRM AML applications by monitoring batches, jobs, and interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues using SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux scripting skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the ideal candidate will have experience supporting FCRM / Actimize application, strong SQL/PLSQL, and Unix/Linux scripting skills. Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is also desirable.

The role requires a willingness to work in US shift support and an understanding of banking compliance including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Sanctions.

  • Key Skills: SQL, PLSQL, Unix/Linux scripting, collaboration, data analysis, automation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in application support preferably in Banking/AML.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC/Sanctions regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
