  • Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective execution of sales plans.

  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
  • Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Ensure the effective use of CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the diesel genset or related industry.
