Cloud Infrastructure Architect Leader

We seek an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design and govern large-scale infrastructure deployments.

Job Summary:

This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architecture Strategy & Blueprinting:
    • Define and maintain the global infrastructure architecture blueprint.
    • Align designs with business continuity, scalability, cybersecurity, and performance goals.
    • Champion platform rationalization initiatives.
  • Solution Design & Project Enablement:
    • Architect infrastructure solutions for large programs.
    • Review and approve solution designs submitted by partners or internal teams.
    • Validate architecture compliance in IT programs.
  • Technology Evaluation & Adoption:
    • Evaluate emerging technologies such as Zero Trust and Edge Computing.
    • Define proof-of-concept initiatives and guide technology onboarding.
  • Architecture Governance & Standards:
    • Own and enforce architecture principles and reference models.
    • Conduct architecture reviews and design approval boards.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Enablement:
    • Partner with delivery teams to translate designs into build/run.
    • Coach engineering teams on architectural best practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 12+ years of infrastructure experience, with 5+ years in an architecture role.
  • Proven track record of designing large-scale infrastructure deployments.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and cloud platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Cloud certifications.
  • TOGAF, ITIL Foundation preferred.
