As a Visual Design Lead, you will be the key creative force behind our visual identity, shaping how the world sees and experiences our brand.

You'll drive design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams, advocating for effective design in business conversations and pushing back when the simple answer isn't the right one.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining our complete visual language system, designing and producing high-quality marketing materials, and owning the creative direction for brand and thought leadership videos.

You will collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams, present design concepts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, and mentor junior designers through hands-on work.

We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of visual design experience, a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work, and a proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies.

Some additional aspects of this role include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive design strategies
  • Providing expert guidance on visual design best practices and trends
  • Developing and implementing new visual design processes and tools
  • Mentoring junior designers to help them grow professionally
