The company is seeking a senior professional to join the Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inward and outward SEBI correspondences, track and escalate SEBI communications, maintain a list of members' PO/DD, monitor FIU Alerts, disseminate FIU Guidelines to members as required, organize and manage PML compliances.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance in high-impact compliance initiatives, handle documentation of correspondence between the Exchange and SEBI, manage custody of agreements/undertakings, draft Board Agendas.

The ideal candidate will possess a Post Graduate degree from a reputable institution/university and have 6-8 years of relevant work experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Compliance team in handling all matters related to compliance operations. This includes managing inward and outward SEBI correspondences, tracking and escalating SEBI communications, maintaining a list of members' PO/DD, monitoring FIU Alerts, disseminating FIU Guidelines to members as required, organizing and managing PML compliances, providing administrative support and assistance in high-impact compliance initiatives, handling documentation of correspondence between the Exchange and SEBI, managing custody of agreements/undertakings, drafting Board Agendas, and providing administrative support and assistance to the CCO.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their expertise in regulatory compliance and their ability to provide strategic support to the business.
