At Infosys, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Marketing Professional to join our team in Bangalore.

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and seasoned individual with fresh ideas to drive our marketing efforts in the AusNZ geo. The successful candidate will be dynamic and results-driven, possessing good written and verbal communication skills. They will have the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders based out of different geos.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration skills to work with various groups within Marketing to execute on challenging marketing assignments efficiently.
  • They will possess an ability to execute on multiple campaigns simultaneously, manage program trackers, and put quarterly and annual marketing reports together.
  • Able to work confidently in a cross-cultural global and hybrid team environment, with experience in business use of social media channels.
  • Attitude to learn and adapt as per requirement of the marketing track or campaign to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Good stakeholder management skills along with presentation skills, able to share recommendations backed with data, facts, and experience.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Campaign planning and execution: conceptualize, plan, and execute a campaign/track from start to end, including creative development, program management, stakeholder approvals, asset design, social media promotions, and other relevant promotion channels.
  • Content asset development: develop thought leadership assets like blogs, viewpoints, whitepapers, videos, while working with SMEs and getting them published and promoted via official marketing channels.
  • Social media promotion content: plan social media promos for events, thought leadership assets, regional initiatives, and external facing marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in running branding initiatives and marketing initiatives.
  • Masters degree in marketing/advertising/communications.
  • Worked for a minimum of 2 years in a go-to-market role/sales/presales in an IT Services company desirable.

Estimated Salary: ₹850,000 - ₹1,050,000 per annum (depending on experience).
