Job Description:

We are developing innovative Digital Twin solutions that merge real-world data with immersive, photorealistic 3D environments. Our projects span across building visualization, smart cities, and architectural digital twins.

Crafted by a Senior Unreal Environment & 3D Artist who can bring to life virtual environments while collaborating with architects, engineers, and developers to drive smarter decisions and engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize large-scale, photorealistic environments in Unreal Engine (UE5 preferred).
  • Model, texture, and optimize high-quality 3D assets for architecture, props, foliage, lighting, and materials.
  • Import and integrate CAD/BIM/Revit and IoT data into interactive Unreal environments.
  • Ensure assets and scenes meet real-time performance benchmarks.
  • Set visual standards, provide feedback, and mentor junior artists.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate technical specs into compelling visualizations.
  • Define and improve workflows for CAD/BIM data import into Unreal.
  • Maintain accuracy and fidelity in alignment with architectural drawings and design intent.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in 3D Art, Architecture, Computer Graphics, Game Design, or related field.
  2. 4+ years of experience in 3D art/environment design, with 3+ years focused on Unreal Engine (architectural visualization/digital twins).
  3. Core Expertise:
  4. Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5) for environment creation.
  5. Strong 3D modeling & texturing skills (3ds Max, Blender, Maya, Substance Painter, Photoshop, ZBrush).
  6. Proven ability to import/optimize CAD/BIM/Revit files.
  7. Lighting, shading, and material creation (PBR workflows).
  8. Strong artistic sense of scale, realism, and composition.
  9. Deep knowledge of UV mapping, baking, LODs, optimization.
  10. Technical Skills:
  11. LOD generation & asset optimization for real-time rendering.
  12. Familiarity with Blueprints (basic interactivity).
  13. VR/AR/MR workflows (plus).
  14. Knowledge of GIS, IoT, or real-time data integration within Unreal (preferred).
Soft Skills:
  1. Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
  2. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  3. Problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail and optimization.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
