Job Overview:

  • This role involves assisting in the design and development of workplace projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Assist in creating detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Prepare presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors under supervision to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Research and Innovation: Conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution is mandatory for this role.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors are essential for success in this position.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is necessary for daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills are crucial for effective collaboration and project delivery.
