We're seeking a skilled Software Solutions Developer to play a key role in shaping the future of cybersecurity.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Service Cloud. They must have hands-on experience designing and developing for Service Cloud and Communities, as well as experience with Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, REST, JavaScript, CSS, web design, and UX design.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements, leading by example, and applying an open communication style. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, reviewing, testing, mentoring team members, and delivering scalable, high-quality solutions on Salesforce.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree (or equivalent military experience)
  • Strong background in software development, particularly in Salesforce development - Service Cloud
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing for Service Cloud and Communities
  • Experience with Lightning, LWC, Apex, Visualforce, REST, JavaScript, CSS, web design, and UX design
