Project Oversight Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to lead end-to-end project activities within our modular furniture manufacturing unit.

The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of client orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Strategy & Planning
    • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Prepare and present proposals, budgets, and schedules to clients and stakeholders.
  • Design Collaboration
    • Work with interior designers, architects, and clients to finalize design concepts.
    • Ensure design specifications align with client requirements and budget.
    • Oversee the development of technical drawings and documentation.
  • Financial Management
    • Establish and monitor project budgets.
    • Approve procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures.
    • Manage cost variations and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Procurement & Vendor Partnership
    • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Negotiate contracts and terms.
    • Coordinate delivery schedules and installation processes.
  • Construction & Installation Supervision
    • Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
    • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and stakeholders.
    • Monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance
    • Conduct regular site inspections.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
    • Address and rectify non-conformance issues.
  • Schedule & Timeline Administration
    • Develop and maintain project schedules.
    • Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
    • Ensure timely completion of milestones and final delivery.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication
    • Maintain transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Provide regular status updates and reports.
    • Manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Mitigation
    • Identify potential project risks.
    • Develop mitigation strategies.
    • Address unforeseen issues proactively.
  • Post-Project Closure
    • Conduct final inspections and obtain approvals.
    • Ensure proper handover of documentation, warranties, and manuals.
    • Gather client feedback and conduct post-occupancy evaluations.
