Job Title:

We are seeking an exceptional Automation Lead to spearhead the development of robust automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement efficient testing processes.

  • Create and design application testing processes.
  • Develop automated testing and problem-solving of various tasks that work towards a development process.
  • Advise best practices and optimisations throughout testing and bug-fixing processes.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineering leads to develop test plans and create extensive test cases to ensure stable and bug-free delivery.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the application development lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement in testing practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as an Automation Lead / Automation Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on skills in designing, building, and maintaining robust automation frameworks.
  • Proficient in automated testing and experienced in writing and maintaining automated test cases as part of comprehensive test suites.
  • Knowledgeable in SQL, Java, and related systems, enabling integration testing and data validation across different layers.
  • Experienced in Agile frameworks, regression testing, and continuous quality improvement practices.
  • Leadership background in mentoring, guiding, and uplifting automation engineers to ensure best practices and high-quality delivery.
