Key Responsibilities:
  • This role requires expertise in creating high-quality medical content, including reactive and proactive decks, medical information letters, infographics, quick response guides, verbal response documents, FAQs, and product monographs.
  • Proficiency in assigned therapeutic areas, disease states, and clinical trials is essential for success in this position.
  • Meticulous review and data fact-checking of MedComm deliverables is critical to ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Conducting literature searches and obtaining copyright permissions for internal or external use is also key responsibilities.
  • This individual will be responsible for recognizing client business needs and aligning team capabilities accordingly.
  • Leading and upskilling a team of scientific writers as part of the training process is a major responsibility.
  • Preparing and updating specific training documents as needed will also be required.
  • Participating in routine client meetings and leading these meetings when necessary, planning and scoping projects from kick-off to submission is crucial.
  • Delivering exceptional documents and maintaining client satisfaction metrics will be key performance indicators.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with quality assurance, creative, copy-editing, business excellence, and project management teams will also be expected.
