This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and contribute to shaping the future of the industry. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with founders, sales, and customer success stakeholders to understand users' needs and design features that facilitate technical workflows in a simple, intuitive way.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Understanding users' needs and designing features that meet their requirements
  • Leading the design lifecycle from concept to execution
  • Designing user interfaces that are dead-easy to use, systematic in function, and visually compelling
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to iterate quickly and validate ideas with stakeholders and users
  • Ensuring designs' technical feasibility and working closely with engineers to implement them effectively

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • More than 3 years (ideally 5+ years) of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech startup or fast-moving environment
  • Proven experience in creating and designing user flows and interfaces for SaaS platforms
  • Expert-level Figma skills or equivalent tools to manage wire-framing, prototyping, and design projects
  • Excellent eye for detail and UI design
  • Extensive portfolio demonstrating visually cohesive and functional interfaces
