Job Overview

We seek an experienced Data Engineer to join our organization. As a key member of our data team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data solutions that drive business objectives.

Some of your primary responsibilities include designing high-performance data pipelines with scalability, reliability, and speed. You will lead software development projects involving large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks.

Our ideal candidate has experience in modern software engineering practices such as CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, and cloud-native deployments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform use cases into production-ready services and solutions, owning systems from concept to production.

Additionally, you will implement testing and monitoring practices to ensure superior data quality and integrity. We are looking for someone who can mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

If you have a degree in a STEM field and 5-7 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related discipline, we would love to hear from you.

We value expertise in Python and SQL, proficiency with Databricks/PySpark and dbt, and hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools. Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals, feature engineering, and knowledge graphs is also an advantage.

As a Data Engineer, you will work on complex data systems from scratch and handle large-scale data projects including ETL, data cleaning, and information retrieval. If you have strong communication skills and are passionate about delivering high-quality results, we encourage you to apply.
