As a Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle EBS HCM modules. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and configure Oracle EBS HCM modules, primarily Core HR and Payroll;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to Oracle HCM functionalities;
  • Prepare functional design documents (MD50/70) and coordinate with technical teams for customizations;
  • Assist in testing, user training, and data migration activities;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring smooth delivery of project milestones;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of functional experience in Oracle EBS HCM (On-Premise) R12;
  • Strong expertise in Core HR and Payroll; working knowledge of SSHR or iRecruitment is desirable;
  • Ability to analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions within Oracle HCM;
  • Experience in writing functional specifications and working with technical teams for custom development;
