As a pioneering AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's AI infrastructure and developing scalable, secure, and innovative services. Our team is expanding its capabilities in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance our products, improve internal productivity, and deliver new services to clients.

We are seeking a hands-on engineer who can design, build, and deploy real-world AI solutions. This role involves designing end-to-end ML pipelines, managing secure AI experimentation environments, translating proofs-of-concept into working prototypes, and ensuring governance, compliance, and data security are embedded in all AI development and deployment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines using MLOps best practices.
  • Manage and optimize secure AI experimentation environments on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Translate proofs-of-concept into working prototypes and production-ready solutions.
  • Work across various AI/ML approaches, including Natural Language Processing, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and General Machine Learning Models.
  • Ensure data security and governance are embedded in all AI development and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, consultants, and developers to deliver practical solutions aligned with client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2–4 years' experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or MLOps, with a strong hands-on delivery record.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Solid experience with data engineering, APIs, and deploying models into production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, able to work independently in a small team.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or research publications in AI (preferred).
  • Adaptability and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
