Key Marketing and Data Executive Role

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing and data executive to spearhead mass mailing campaigns, execute digital marketing initiatives, and manage data from various sources.

  • About the Position:
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Excel/Google Sheets, familiarity with web/data scraping tools, and basic knowledge of digital marketing and campaign tracking.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Design, manage, and execute bulk mailing campaigns using mailing tools/platforms.
    • Create targeted mailing lists and ensure high deliverability, response tracking, and campaign optimization.
    • Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives (email campaigns, newsletters, promotional drives).
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across outreach efforts.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance, preparing reports for management review.
  • Data Management:
    • Extract, clean, and manage data from various sources (databases, websites, job portals, etc.).
    • Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date databases for marketing and business development purposes.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy and GDPR guidelines while handling candidate/client data.
  • Skill Requirements:
    • Proficiency in mass mailing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or similar platforms).
    • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for managing and analyzing data.
    • Familiarity with web/data scraping and list-building tools.
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing and campaign tracking (Google Analytics, UTM tagging, etc.).
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in email marketing, mass mailing, or data extraction roles.
    • Prior experience in recruitment, consulting, or HR industry will be an added advantage.
