Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Executive

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the preparation of Company financial forecasts, operating plans, and budgeting activities. This involves close collaboration with various departments including Operations, Maintenance, Stores, IT, and Human Resource.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Company level monthly MIS reports and providing insightful commentaries on product level and business unit wise profitability.
  • Working closely with P&L heads to identify reasons for margin variances in each category.
  • Reviewing and approving recommendations for financial planning and control, providing relevant fiscal information to executive management team.
  • Liaising with cross-functional teams to ensure effective accounting, financial & budgetary controls.
  • Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
  • Preparation of Annual operating plan for the Company.
  • Preparation of financial forecast for the Company.
  • Coodinating with P&L and country teams for Group budgeting activity.
  • Reviewing working capital management reports to provide insights on overdue debtors, slow/non-moving inventory, working capital days, cash flow requirements.
  • Ability to prepare financial modelling.
  • Establishing an environment of continuous improvement and eliminating administrative non-value added tasks.
  • Developing and managing financial systems/policies.
