
Sales Outreach Representative

Job Overview:
New business opportunities are created through proactive lead follow-up and outreach via phone calls, emails, and online research.Industrial and non-industrial projects across India are researched to identify potential clients.
The ideal candidate will be able to find the right person to contact for each opportunity through thorough research and collaboration with internal teams.
Understanding customer needs and requirements is crucial in this role.
Qualified leads are then routed to sales executives for further development and closure.
Data collection is an essential part of this position, involving self-research, online portal usage, and internet browsing to gather information on customers.
The goal is to convert attempted contacts into actual enquiry leads.
A key responsibility is maintaining and expanding a database of prospects within a specific territory.
Effective online demos may also be required to present products or services to potential clients.
Key Qualifications:
Integrity,
Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone, and experience making dozens of calls per day.
A minimum of 1-year experience in sales and calling is preferred.
Proficiency in corporate productivity tools is necessary.
Technical expertise, including data management, browsing, and finding information online using Excel, email tools, etc., is also required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English being a must.
