About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to take on a challenging role as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.

They will also be expected to coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles, remove impediments, and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.

In addition, the candidate will track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders and work closely with the team, business, and stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles.
  • Remove impediments and foster a collaborative, self-organizing team environment.
  • Track and communicate team metrics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the team, business, and stakeholders to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in data warehousing, data analytics, or data services.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
