Job Description

This senior-level role involves driving the design and implementation of digital-transformation solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will have robust technical capabilities, a customer-centric mindset, and excellent team spirit.

The successful candidate will conduct architectural evaluations, design and analyze client enterprise-wide systems, and ensure RPA implementation teams deliver robust system solutions.

Additionally, they will develop, enhance, and maintain established service design procedures and processes to assure apt and robust solutions. They will work closely with client enterprise architects to ensure constant compliance with client strategic blueprints and architecture.

Responsibilities include heading responsibility for ongoing suggestions and best practices for Power Automate implementations, custom solutions, and product support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT development teams to ensure architectural solutions can be translated into effective and robust implementations.

  • 10+ years of experience in RPA tools, business process analysis, AI, and Gen AI, including process consulting, product management, and business development.
  • 5+ years proven experience in Power Platform with experience in other RPA tools like UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
  • Prior experience on RFPs, RFQs, estimations, and other similar technical documentation is a plus.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, relational database design, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot agent. Strong communication skills, understanding of enterprise architecture, and process-minded individuals are encouraged to apply.
