Mechanical Design Engineer Opportunity

Job Description:

As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of innovative mechanical designs. Your primary responsibility will be to create detailed drawings and models using Inventor software, adhering to ASME Y14.5M-2009 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed drawings and models using Inventor software
  • Design products that meet UL, IEEE, and NEMA standards
  • Develop proficiency in product database management and lifecycle management
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality projects on time
  • Act as a technical interface with customers to ensure project execution within agreed schedules

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in casting part design and development
  • Hands-on experience in Electrical connector products, power, and communications transportation industries
  • Knowledge of Castings, Substation, Transmission, Distribution Products design, and Match plate Pattern and mold design is an added advantage
