As a Senior Fashion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing innovative, heritage-inspired blouses that capture the essence of tradition while pushing the boundaries of contemporary style.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed hand-drawn sketches for new collections, incorporating intricate designs and embellishments that reflect the beauty of ethnic wear.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional quality output.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ethnic trends, embroidery techniques, and fabric innovations to inform your design decisions.
  • Work closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure design feasibility and adherence to brand standards.
Requirements:
  • At least 2–5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in ethnic wear or related fields.
  • Strong ability in hand sketching and freehand illustration, with a keen eye for detail and color combinations.
  • Degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Understanding of blouse fits, silhouettes, fabric detailing, and embellishments is crucial for success in this role.
  • A passion for reviving traditional crafts through contemporary silhouettes and a willingness to continuously learn and grow are highly valued.

Bonus skills include experience working with saree or ethnic apparel brands and a strong network of designers, manufacturers, and suppliers in the industry.
